Narrative:

Departed cur, tracking A315 with a clearance to FL280. Checked on with cur control with our first reporting point, dusan estimate of XA23Z. Cur control instructed us to intercept 022 degree radial off beatrix. Cleared us to FL350 and upon reaching FL310, cleared direct veska. At FL310, proceeded direct veska. Soon after we leveled off at FL350, received TCASII TA. Traffic displayed was 1 O'clock 300 ft below. Immediately thereafter, at XA28Z a TCASII RA was received and complied with. Climbed to FL355 with positive identify on an airbus passing from right to left and descending. When aircraft was no longer a factor we returned to FL350. Throughout the incident, cur control was advised of our actions.

CUR CTL INSTRUCTED US TO INTERCEPT 022 DEG RADIAL OFF BEATRIX. CLRED US TO FL350 AND UPON REACHING FL310, CLRED DIRECT VESKA. AT FL310, PROCEEDED DIRECT VESKA. SOON AFTER WE LEVELED OFF AT FL350, RECEIVED TCASII TA. TFC DISPLAYED WAS 1 O'CLOCK 300 FT BELOW. IMMEDIATELY THEREAFTER, AT XA28Z A TCASII RA WAS RECEIVED AND COMPLIED WITH. CLBED TO FL355 WITH POSITIVE IDENT ON AN AIRBUS PASSING FROM R TO L AND DSNDING. WHEN ACFT WAS NO LONGER A FACTOR WE RETURNED TO FL350. THROUGHOUT THE INCIDENT, CUR CTL WAS ADVISED OF OUR ACTIONS.
