Narrative:

We took off from adak NAS and realized after departure we were above the allowable takeoff weight on our dispatch release. We were well under any maximum takeoff weight performance weight for runway 36 and had a significant headwind also on takeoff from that runway. This flight was a military charter flight and we compute our own weight and balance data. In this case there is a tendency to not xfer the numbers onto the flight release paperwork until time permits. Our fuel was above the minimum for the release and was more than sufficient for the flight at the increased weight.

Title: ACTUAL TKOF WT ABOVE DISPATCH RELEASE WT. WT WAS STILL BELOW MAX TKOF PERFORMANCE, BUT THE DISPATCH RELEASE SHOULD HAVE BEEN REVISED TO COMPLY WITH ACTUAL WT.
