Narrative:
MD80 was instructed to taxi to runway 11L. Aircraft passed taxiway A4 at the approach end and was rapidly approaching runway 21/3 when the aircraft was instructed to stop and hold short of runway 21/3. Traffic was on final to runway 21.

Narrative: MD80 WAS INSTRUCTED TO TAXI TO RWY 11L. ACFT PASSED TXWY A4 AT THE APCH END AND WAS RAPIDLY APCHING RWY 21/3 WHEN THE ACFT WAS INSTRUCTED TO STOP AND HOLD SHORT OF RWY 21/3. TFC WAS ON FINAL TO RWY 21.
