Narrative:

Flight tvc-dtw. Made takeoff using approach numbers from the speed/weight databook. Not discovered until after takeoff. Our weight information was delayed until just prior to takeoff. This was missed by my captain, myself and another captain on the jump seat. Even on the takeoff checklist. Our takeoff page and our approach page look too much alike. Should be made to look more different! (Human factors.)
