Narrative:

Given holding instruction by ZOB to hold east on 090 degree radial, 10 mi legs. The captain and first officer both got involved in fuel planning discussion, due to the fact that toronto airport closed due to electrical failure. Toronto was our destination. During this discussion we missed the turn outbound and passed the VOR to the west by 10 mi. ATC did not notice us until we were about 3 mi west of the VOR. They didn't say anything. Hopefully they were too busy. No conflict with other aircraft.
