Narrative:

4TH day of trip involving very late night. 1ST overnight followed by early am reports. Very tired arriving in clt. Forgot to perform the preliminary checklist and did not set the altimeter passing 18000 ft. Pressure was very high in clt -- 30.80 inches. After leveling at 13000 ft, 40 DME as required, we realized the altimeters were still 29.92 inches. We reset and also received clearance lower and nothing was ever mentioned from ATC.
