Narrative:

I am a flight instructor at an FBO. On this date I was doing a run-up on a taxiway holding short of a runway of an uncontrolled field (fkr). A plane landed on the runway and said my a/north on the CTAF. I replied on the CTAF that I was doing a run-up and holding short of the runway. His reply was 'I'll take care of it.' he proceeded to taxi on the grass to the right of me (he was trying to taxi back to his operation). He taxied too close to my aircraft and his high winged cessna hit mine. He turned off his engine and I turned off mine. We both got out and inspected the aircraft. Apparently, no damage was done, just a small paint scratch. However, the other pilot has made allegations that he turned his engine off and I ran into his wing.
