Narrative:

Upon taxi out for takeoff, we were cleared from V6, right on taxiway V, left on taxiway east, taxi runway 14. Because both pilots were too involved with cockpit setup, we joined taxiway 'V,' traveled south and never turned onto taxiway 'east.' when I looked up, we were crossing runway 10C on taxiway 'V.' we were too far to stop. We initiated a call to ground control, got a new clearance, and had no incident thereafter. As first officer, I usually always supervise very closely the taxi operation. I missed this one, and so did the captain.

Title: THE RPTR AND CAPT GOT DISTRACTED. THEY DID NOT TURN AT THE TXWY AS ASSIGNED, BUT TAXIED STRAIGHT AHEAD ON TO ACTIVE RWY 10C AT PIT. THE CREW INITIATED A CALL TO GND AND GOT A NEW CLRNC AS SOON AS THEY REALIZED WHAT THEY HAD DONE.

Narrative: UPON TAXI OUT FOR TKOF, WE WERE CLRED FROM V6, R ON TXWY V, L ON TXWY E, TAXI RWY 14. BECAUSE BOTH PLTS WERE TOO INVOLVED WITH COCKPIT SETUP, WE JOINED TXWY 'V,' TRAVELED S AND NEVER TURNED ONTO TXWY 'E.' WHEN I LOOKED UP, WE WERE XING RWY 10C ON TXWY 'V.' WE WERE TOO FAR TO STOP. WE INITIATED A CALL TO GND CTL, GOT A NEW CLRNC, AND HAD NO INCIDENT THEREAFTER. AS FO, I USUALLY ALWAYS SUPERVISE VERY CLOSELY THE TAXI OP. I MISSED THIS ONE, AND SO DID THE CAPT.
