Narrative:

We were descending into the nashville terminal area. We had some warning of chop at 16000 ft. The seat belt sign was turned on in anticipation of chop. Once through 16000 ft the chop stopped. We picked up light turbulence at 12000 ft and the captain made a PA for flight attendants to be seated. We finally descended to 3000 ft to leave turbulence. #1 flight attendant advised us that she was injured along with one other passenger. Nashville operations was advised that we would be needing medical assistance at our arrival gate. We were met by local police (qualified emt). All 3 flight attendants were injured along with 1 passenger. #1 flight attendant and passenger were transported to local hospital.
