Narrative:

I was taxiing in the ramp on feb/xx/96, at approximately XX30 am northbound to park behind the FBO ramp in bridgeport, ct (bdr). I was about to make a left turn when a snowplow backed out of a blind alley between 2 fuel farms colliding with the aircraft's right wingtip. The WX was clear, no precipitation, and the ramp was free of snow. The truck had no yellow beacon flashing or any back up lights on it. The truck is owned by an FBO.
