Narrative:

On feb/mon/96, I finished a 4 day trip which began on feb/fri/96. The chief pilot asked me about a crossing restr we deviated from on feb/fri/96, on flight xy. I stated that we did not fly flight xy on feb/fri/96. The chief pilot called the FAA inspector in my presence and asked for the date in question. The chief pilot repeated 'feb/sat/96.' he then stated 'we gave you the wrong names. You need to unfax it.' the chief pilot then stated you are in the clear and have nothing to worry about. The dispatcher had pulled our names from another feb/sat/96 page in his book. My captain and I were unaware of any problems on our 4 day trip feb/fri/96 through feb/mon/96.
