An air taxi flight crew inadvertently entered class B airspace during departure from a non tower airport, late at night. The PF recognized the oversight approximately one half mi inside the class B airspace.

Narrative:
Departing sql to the northwest, PNF was assigned responsibility to advise passing a landmark which denoted the point for our crosswind turn. He missed the call, and by the time I realized it, we were 1/2 mi inside the sfo class B airspace. Fatigue was the primary culprit.
