Narrative:

On takeoff from msp airport on routine passenger flight, the stall warning shaker activated several times as the pitch angle was rotated through 5 degrees. Cleaned up aircraft and climbed to a safe altitude. Performed a controllability check by slowing to normal approach speeds. The stick shaker came on at well above normal speeds for 0 degree, 2 degree, and 5 degree flap settings. Otherwise aircraft control was normal. Declared an emergency and made uneventful landing.
