Narrative:

Landed without landing clearance. Approach forgot to tell us when to contact tower. They were very busy and we were unable to contact them to request frequency change. We got busy on short final and failed to go ahead and switch to tower. There was no conflict.

Narrative: LANDED WITHOUT LNDG CLRNC. APCH FORGOT TO TELL US WHEN TO CONTACT TWR. THEY WERE VERY BUSY AND WE WERE UNABLE TO CONTACT THEM TO REQUEST FREQ CHANGE. WE GOT BUSY ON SHORT FINAL AND FAILED TO GO AHEAD AND SWITCH TO TWR. THERE WAS NO CONFLICT.
