Narrative:

Midway between unalakleet and mcgrath on J111. Flight was from nome to anc. I noticed we were slightly off course and notified first officer who was flying and he started to correct. I then became preoccupied with getting something from my flight bag. In a few mins I heard center advise me we were 10 mi off course. The first officer was still navigating off of nome VOR (115.0) and should have been on mcgrath (115.5). I should have crosschecked his frequency and identify (I had only done my side). Never again! Supplemental information from acn 326350: fatigue was a factor. Plus, my left knee was blocking the last 2 digits of my navigation radio display.
