Narrative:

At approximately XX30Z I called ground on 121.9 for push and start. I was the first officer on the flight from ccs to mia. 10 minutes prior to start, I called on 121.9 for push and start clearance. I was told to call on 119.5 for clearance. I changed frequencys and called for clearance. We were told to call back in 5 mins which we did. After 5 mins, we were told to start and was given clearance to push and start. We were pushed and we started on 119.5 with no problems. After start we were told to go to 121.9 for taxi. When we switched to 121.9, the controller wanted to know who had cleared us. I told him the other controller on 119.5, and then he directed us back to 119.5 and were not to taxi until we had our ATC clearance. We went back to 121.9 for taxi and the ground control wanted the pilot name and number. This information was passed and then we were cleared to taxi.
