Narrative:

Given taxi instructions from start point. South on victor, left on echo for departure on runway 28C. Misunderstood instruction as south on victor to foxtrot for departure on runway 28L. Was told of misunderstanding by ground control after we had crossed runway 28C. No conflict occurred. Supplemental information from acn 326434: captain was thinking 'runway 28L' so he crossed runway 28C after checking there was no traffic.
