Narrative:
After making an emergency landing at dfw for a galley fire on takeoff, had a near collision with a DC9 on the ground at taxiway intersection at K12 while taxiing to gate on taxiway Y, DC9 wingtip passed under nose of B757. In DC9 was going around a DC10 on taxiway K without clearance and in violation of our right of way as an emergency aircraft.

Narrative: AFTER MAKING AN EMER LNDG AT DFW FOR A GALLEY FIRE ON TKOF, HAD A NEAR COLLISION WITH A DC9 ON THE GND AT TXWY INTXN AT K12 WHILE TAXIING TO GATE ON TXWY Y, DC9 WINGTIP PASSED UNDER NOSE OF B757. IN DC9 WAS GOING AROUND A DC10 ON TXWY K WITHOUT CLRNC AND in VIOLATION OF OUR RIGHT OF WAY AS AN EMER ACFT.
