Narrative:
While working R-4 (radar sector) I got a call from an aircraft off radar. On initial call he told me that he was on a TCASII climb for traffic head-on at same altitude (FL350). Due to human error, 2 aircraft were coordinated at same altitude head-on.

Title: A LTSS OCCURRED WHEN 2 ACFT WERE COORDINATED FOR USE OF THE SAME ALT. 1 ACFT RPTED ON A TCASII CLB FOR TFC AT THE SAME ALT (FL350).
Narrative: WHILE WORKING R-4 (RADAR SECTOR) I GOT A CALL FROM AN ACFT OFF RADAR. ON INITIAL CALL HE TOLD ME THAT HE WAS ON A TCASII CLB FOR TFC HEAD-ON AT SAME ALT (FL350). DUE TO HUMAN ERROR, 2 ACFT WERE COORDINATED AT SAME ALT HEAD-ON.
