Narrative:

Eat has an AWOS-3 on frequency 135.07. Being as there is no regular WX reports except the AWOS from eat we find it very important to get this report as soon as we can en route to eat from sea on the airway so we can plan for the approach. The VOR DME C approach starts about 30 mi out, but when trying to get the current WX the AWOS frequency gets distorted by the AWOS from arlington, wa. They are the same frequency and since the airway MEA is 12000 ft, it interferes with the one from eat when coming from the west. Be nice to get one or the other's frequency changed so they don't override each other.
