We were holding at gdm VORTAC. Controller told us to descend to FL240. Passing FL245 she said we should have stopped our descent at FL25O, but told us to continue to FL240. There was no conflict and nothing more was said.

Narrative: WE WERE HOLDING AT GDM VORTAC. CTLR TOLD US TO DSND TO FL240. PASSING FL245 SHE SAID WE SHOULD HAVE STOPPED OUR DSCNT AT FL25O, BUT TOLD US TO CONTINUE TO FL240. THERE WAS NO CONFLICT AND NOTHING MORE WAS SAID.
