Narrative:

Climbing out of ont on the ontario 2 departure, we lost focus of the restr at or below 9000 ft at gaski. We were heavy and the concern was making at or above 13000 ft restr by kelse. Passing approximately 9500 ft I noticed the mistake, called it out, and the captain initiated a descent back to 9000 ft. The at or below altitude of 9000 ft should have been set in the altitude alert window instead of the cleared to altitude of 14000 ft.
