Narrative:
Diverted to anf while en route from mia to scl (santiago, chile) due to medical emergency. Captain landed on runway 18L as runway 18R was closed due to work in progress (no NOTAM to this effect). Used emergency authority/authorized to land/takeoff on 75 ft wide runway (taxiway). Approach, landing, taxi and takeoff normal with no problems.
