Narrative:
ATIS WX was given as less than 1/4 mi visibility. On taxi out we asked tower what prevailing visibility was and we were given 1/4 mi. Visibility required for takeoff on runway 03/15 is 1/4 mi. The takeoff was made uneventfully.
