Narrative:

Cleared to land at sgf, the visual, runway 2. On short final or in flare, noticed yoke felt heavy. I thought the wind had shifted. After landing on runway 2, first officer yolk still felt heavy. Taxied off runway to parking and telephoned dispatch. Captain spoke with maintenance. Maintenance signed off log in aml. Company representative notified me on dec/xx/95 saying difficulty with flight controls was not reported to appropriate channels.
