Narrative:
We inadvertently landed without a landing clearance. We were both fatigued and busy in bad WX. Approach never handed us off to tower, and we failed to follow up. Both our 'backup memory aids' for landing checklists failed, on the same approach. Incredible! I'll just be even more careful in future.

Narrative: WE INADVERTENTLY LANDED WITHOUT A LNDG CLRNC. WE WERE BOTH FATIGUED AND BUSY IN BAD WX. APCH NEVER HANDED US OFF TO TWR, AND WE FAILED TO FOLLOW UP. BOTH OUR 'BACKUP MEMORY AIDS' FOR LNDG CHKLISTS FAILED, ON THE SAME APCH. INCREDIBLE! I'LL JUST BE EVEN MORE CAREFUL IN FUTURE.
