Narrative:

Altimeter setting should have been set at 29.83 but was set at 30.83. First officer called out error in descent passing 11750 ft, cleared altitude was 12000 ft MSL. Too much stuff at once. ATC handoff, ice, turbulence, hurried descent. Also told to pick up new ATIS by approach.
