Narrative:
4TH leg of 5 leg day -- ont-sfo-ont-sfo-ont-sfo. Repetition high. On departure of 4TH leg, departure control advised us to change squawk. Upon further inspection we noticed we did not get pre departure clearance. We then got the clearance over ACARS all except squawk was as briefed.

Narrative: 4TH LEG OF 5 LEG DAY -- ONT-SFO-ONT-SFO-ONT-SFO. REPETITION HIGH. ON DEP OF 4TH LEG, DEP CTL ADVISED US TO CHANGE SQUAWK. UPON FURTHER INSPECTION WE NOTICED WE DID NOT GET PDC. WE THEN GOT THE CLRNC OVER ACARS ALL EXCEPT SQUAWK WAS AS BRIEFED.
