Narrative:

Trying to fly through the corridor (VFR) from W-32 to fdk, I deviated from it too much entering in dulles international airport class B without proper clearance. After knowing that, I corrected my heading and went back to the proper course. Contributing factor: I was not familiar with the area. There is not a strong enough NAVAID aligned with the corridor so you can use a radial to prevent going out of your course.

Title: RPTR ATTEMPTED TO USE THE FDK VOR TO NAV THROUGH THE VFR CORRIDOR. THE RPTR ENTERED THE DULLES CLASS B AIRSPACE AND REALIZED HE WAS IN THE CLASS B AIRSPACE AND TURNED OUT OF IT. THE RPTR BELIEVES A VOR RADIAL SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO NAV THROUGH THE VFR CORRIDORS.

THERE IS NOT A STRONG ENOUGH NAVAID ALIGNED WITH THE CORRIDOR SO YOU CAN USE A RADIAL TO PREVENT GOING OUT OF YOUR COURSE.
