Narrative:

Copilot was flying beechcraft 'D' 1900, was supposed to level at 4000 ft MSL. He leveled off but let aircraft get to 4200 ft. Controller said to check altitude, he had us at 4300 ft. No conflict occurred. I should have not let copilot get past 4100 ft before saying something.
