Narrative:

Landing in a somewhat congested airport at st croix. Air taxi a UH3 helicopter to a no-hover landing (to minimize rotor wash). A cargo plane in the vicinity complained my rotor wash almost caused him to 'FLIP over.' I have 10 yrs flight experience and thought I had given him enough room. However he perceived I didn't. Corrective action would have been to fly in the local pattern until the landing area (where tower did clear me to!) was completely clear of small light civil fixed wing traffic. Again, I felt like I gave him enough room, but he felt differently!
