Narrative:

On descent from cruise we were given a crossing restr of 30 north of tys at 11000 ft. On descent ATC advised to level at FL180. Aircraft altimeter had already been reset to local altimeter setting of 30.10, but vnaf captured late and descended to altitude of 17780 ft on altimeter of 30.10. No conflict by ATC noted or advised by ATC. Actual altitude on 29.92 would have been FL180 but air data from #1 altimeter may have sent the 17780 ft.
