Narrative:

Flight dfw mia runway dry 50 degree flap landing. From a normal landing and rollout, I elected to taxi to end of runway 30 to exit. The nov/xx/95 10-9 airport diagram (enclosed), shows no overrun on runway 30. Mia tower suggested we encroached on the overrun. If there is an overrun, we could not distinguish where the overrun started and the runway ended. There were no lights illuminated at the end of runway 30. This confusion caused a delay exiting the runway. The lighting and painting on runways, txwys, and ramps at mia leave much room for improvement and enhancement.
