Narrative:
Departed srr to alm without current VFR charts on aircraft. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter states he has never flown VFR without VFR charts before. This one time he did, he got caught since he landed at the wrong airport -- an air force base. He is awaiting FAA action at this time.

Narrative: DEPARTED SRR TO ALM WITHOUT CURRENT VFR CHARTS ON ACFT. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATES HE HAS NEVER FLOWN VFR WITHOUT VFR CHARTS BEFORE. THIS ONE TIME HE DID, HE GOT CAUGHT SINCE HE LANDED AT THE WRONG ARPT -- AN AIR FORCE BASE. HE IS AWAITING FAA ACTION AT THIS TIME.
