Narrative:

Worked the flight from oma to iah. FAA inspector boarded the flight and asked to see all flight attendants, he needed to give us a manual check. The inbound flight was a 20 min turn. As the inspector was checking my manual, I turned around to see passenger boarding for outbound flight to iah. He then advised me I needed revision #xx. By the time I checked my manual I realized the revision had been already in the manual, just not noted on the correct space (revision sheet). That was all he checked, only 1 page, did not FLIP through to see that I had my revision. The other flight attendants can and will back me on this. My supervisor has been contacted and therefore I'm submitting this statement.
