Narrative:

Radio frequency 132.42 in the texarkana-hi sector is unusable in the far southwest parts of the sector below FL250. The transmitter site is at txk. The secondary site, at ZFW, provides coverage, but only via usage of a foot pedal. With the volume of traffic departing eastbound from dfw, this ongoing problem should not continue.
