Narrative:
Busy IFR arrival session. Stuck microphone blocked frequency for several mins. A B767 (Y) was on straight in ILS approach and an MD83 (X) was on vector from the south. Aircraft passed very close. When stuck microphone was cleared off frequency, the MD83 said he had the B767 in sight.

Narrative: BUSY IFR ARR SESSION. STUCK MIKE BLOCKED FREQ FOR SEVERAL MINS. A B767 (Y) WAS ON STRAIGHT IN ILS APCH AND AN MD83 (X) WAS ON VECTOR FROM THE S. ACFT PASSED VERY CLOSE. WHEN STUCK MIKE WAS CLRED OFF FREQ, THE MD83 SAID HE HAD THE B767 IN SIGHT.
