Narrative:

After takeoff out of newark, I started to feel poorly, i.e., very bad headache, sick to stomach, etc. I told the captain how I was feeling and the choice was made to return back to ewr for medical help. Throughout the flight, I was able to do my entire duties as a so, this includes descent, approach, landing and parking of the aircraft. Nov/thu/95 went to doctor. He said had bad migraine.

Narrative: AFTER TKOF OUT OF NEWARK, I STARTED TO FEEL POORLY, I.E., VERY BAD HEADACHE, SICK TO STOMACH, ETC. I TOLD THE CAPT HOW I WAS FEELING AND THE CHOICE WAS MADE TO RETURN BACK TO EWR FOR MEDICAL HELP.
