Narrative:

I filled out the load manifest for the beechcraft 1900-D. After using summer weights for the last 6 months, I unknowingly used summer weights rather than the winter weights as per the load manifest change-over date, of nov/wed/95. As you can see on the copy of the load manifest, I was well under maximum allowable takeoff weight and within center of gravity. This event only occurred once, on the first leg of the first day. It is my belief that if air carrier would have put more emphasis on this change-over date, this event would not have occurred.

Title: FLC OF AN LTT USED WRONG WTS IN COMPUTING THE ACFT WT AND BAL PRIOR TO TKOF.

Narrative: I FILLED OUT THE LOAD MANIFEST FOR THE BEECHCRAFT 1900-D. AFTER USING SUMMER WTS FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS, I UNKNOWINGLY USED SUMMER WTS RATHER THAN THE WINTER WTS AS PER THE LOAD MANIFEST CHANGE-OVER DATE, OF NOV/WED/95. AS YOU CAN SEE ON THE COPY OF THE LOAD MANIFEST, I WAS WELL UNDER MAX ALLOWABLE TKOF WT AND WITHIN CTR OF GRAVITY. THIS EVENT ONLY OCCURRED ONCE, ON THE FIRST LEG OF THE FIRST DAY. IT IS MY BELIEF THAT IF ACR WOULD HAVE PUT MORE EMPHASIS ON THIS CHANGE-OVER DATE, THIS EVENT WOULD NOT HAVE OCCURRED.
