Narrative:

At 35000 ft in cruise, aircraft was noticed to be out of trim with autoplt indications. Engine indications for right engine were normal EPR, but all other engine gauges for right engine confirmed engine was slowly losing thrust. Consulted with company for troubleshooting ideas, but nothing helped. With thrust continuing to deteriorate we diverted to stl, as current mci WX was reported as 1 overcast 1/4 mi. Flight was canceled. Maintenance subsequently found a leak in the 'P-1' line from the engine probe. In the interest of safety an emergency was declared, and the equipment was standing by.
