Narrative:
On takeoff at slc, #1 engine was slow to accelerate (on EPR gauge), takeoff aborted about 30 KTS. Operating manual/abnormals checked, maintenance was called and logbook checked. Some previous history of #1 EPR gauge problems was noted. Second static run-up was normal and takeoff was accomplished with no further problems.

Narrative: ON TKOF AT SLC, #1 ENG WAS SLOW TO ACCELERATE (ON EPR GAUGE), TKOF ABORTED ABOUT 30 KTS. OPERATING MANUAL/ABNORMALS CHKED, MAINT WAS CALLED AND LOGBOOK CHKED. SOME PREVIOUS HISTORY OF #1 EPR GAUGE PROBS WAS NOTED. SECOND STATIC RUN-UP WAS NORMAL AND TKOF WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO FURTHER PROBS.
