Narrative:

Passenger passed out. Flight attendants revived and put on oxygen. I declared medical emergency and was expedited. Exceeded 250 ft below 10000 ft and parked myself at jetbridge without marshaller to expedite passenger to medics waiting at gate. Flight attendants let passenger get off prior to emergency medical technicians getting on after so made announcement for passenger to stay seated. I asked why and flight attendants hadn't told us there was an emergency medical technician on board and the passenger was doing ok.
