Narrative:

I was the captain, flying pilot, on an aircraft dispatched with the automatic cabin pressure control inoperative and cargo compartment heat inoperative. I requested lower altitudes for the flight plan due to the problem with the aircraft. My first officer was not sure of how well he could control the cabin without hurting passenger ears. I had an flight attendant with allergy sinus trouble. Crossing flat rock on the arrival to phl, the flight attendant came to the cockpit to say we were doing a good job. I had just requested lower to 15000 ft for the jaybo cross restr. I misread the STAR and dialed in and flew outbound on the wrong radial from flat rock. I flew 085 degree radial out of fak which is the ob radial from ott. ATC corrected me. I was preoccupied with the abnormal procedure in the cockpit.
