Narrative:

Low-level flight was made over goldbar and sultan, wa, between 200 ft AGL and 500 ft AGL. Corrective action was taken by the owner and manager of airfield (school) (WA38) with temporary grounding, lecturing, and re-teaching of far 91.119. I believe the cause of this event was sheer boredom and a desire to make flying more of a thrill. I realize now though, after the 'corrective action' was taken, that no one should break far 91.119.
