Narrative:

On climb out, above 10000 ft, nose gear door light illuminated. The aircraft was slowed and the checklist completed, light went out. Climb was continued and the light re-illuminated. While completing the checklist the cabin horn sounded. Cabin altitude was climbing out of 10000 ft, our altitude was 22000 ft, plus or minus, climbing. Aircraft was leveled off at FL230. Descent was requested. Normal descent was made and aircraft returned to dfw for an uneventful landing. The maximum cabin altitude was approximately 12000 ft -- masks were not deployed in passenger cabin -- crew used oxygen for a short time. No emergency existed.

Title: ACFT EQUIP PROB -- ACR HAS A NOSE GEAR DOOR WARNING LIGHT COME ON DURING CLBOUT THEN THE ACFT STARTED TO LOSE PRESSURIZATION.

Narrative: ON CLBOUT, ABOVE 10000 FT, NOSE GEAR DOOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE ACFT WAS SLOWED AND THE CHKLIST COMPLETED, LIGHT WENT OUT. CLB WAS CONTINUED AND THE LIGHT RE-ILLUMINATED. WHILE COMPLETING THE CHKLIST THE CABIN HORN SOUNDED. CABIN ALT WAS CLBING OUT OF 10000 FT, OUR ALT WAS 22000 FT, PLUS OR MINUS, CLBING. ACFT WAS LEVELED OFF AT FL230. DSCNT WAS REQUESTED. NORMAL DSCNT WAS MADE AND ACFT RETURNED TO DFW FOR AN UNEVENTFUL LNDG. THE MAX CABIN ALT WAS APPROX 12000 FT -- MASKS WERE NOT DEPLOYED IN PAX CABIN -- CREW USED OXYGEN FOR A SHORT TIME. NO EMER EXISTED.
