Narrative:

Considerable chop occurring in higher altitudes, aircraft descending to lower altitude sectors that don't normally handle spacing these aircraft for ewr, ord, dtw. Adding aircraft approachs to 2 different airports with departure clearance from 1 airport occurring on center frequencys, 2 center frequencys, 1 split into north and south, cover this sector. Clearance was given to air carrier X at FL240 to FL200 that appeared to be past and clear of eastbound air carrier Y at FL230. No conflict alert activated, signifying any loss of separation.
