Narrative:

Taxiing to ramp after pleasure flight, pilot was distracted by personnel on ramp (volunteer) who motioned to pilot, directing aircraft positioning for parking and passenger egress (flight rally). Distraction occurred just as pilot was passing nose of parked plane. Pilot turned too sharp, putting wing behind parked plane's nose. When taxiing forward, right wing struck tip of nose. Plane stopped on impact, passenger removed, planes separated and examined. Pilot mechanic of both planes notified. Repairs and airworthiness determined. Distracting personnel was too far (50 yds) away to judge clearance distances.
