Narrative:
I tried to contact sac departure and could not make contact with them. I then tried to contact ground to taxi to run-up area, but could not raise them. I then did my run-up and tried to contact the tower and could not get any response. I then decided that the tower was closed till X:00 a.M. And taxied to the runway. I did a 360 degree turn looking for traffic and found the area clear. I then took off on runway 20. Once in the air, after a few mins, I realized that I had the page in my commercial publication turned to sacramento metropolitan, thus causing me to be using the incorrect frequencys. At that point I made a heading correction to insure that I would not get into the sac arsa till I climbed above 4100 ft.

Title: TAXI, TKOF, AND ENTRY INTO CLASS C WITHOUT CLRNC.
Narrative: I TRIED TO CONTACT SAC DEP AND COULD NOT MAKE CONTACT WITH THEM. I THEN TRIED TO CONTACT GND TO TAXI TO RUN-UP AREA, BUT COULD NOT RAISE THEM. I THEN DID MY RUN-UP AND TRIED TO CONTACT THE TWR AND COULD NOT GET ANY RESPONSE. I THEN DECIDED THAT THE TWR WAS CLOSED TILL X:00 A.M. AND TAXIED TO THE RWY. I DID A 360 DEG TURN LOOKING FOR TFC AND FOUND THE AREA CLR. I THEN TOOK OFF ON RWY 20. ONCE IN THE AIR, AFTER A FEW MINS, I REALIZED THAT I HAD THE PAGE IN MY COMMERCIAL PUB TURNED TO SACRAMENTO METROPOLITAN, THUS CAUSING ME TO BE USING THE INCORRECT FREQS. AT THAT POINT I MADE A HDG CORRECTION TO INSURE THAT I WOULD NOT GET INTO THE SAC ARSA TILL I CLBED ABOVE 4100 FT.
