Narrative:
During takeoff, power was retarded to level off at 5000 ft. A thump was heard in the belly of the plane, all engine instruments were normal. Airspeed approached 280 KTS momentarily. We think the thump was a cargo shift.

Title: AN ACR LGT HAD AN AIRSPD VIOLATION.
Narrative: DURING TKOF, PWR WAS RETARDED TO LEVEL OFF AT 5000 FT. A THUMP WAS HEARD IN THE BELLY OF THE PLANE, ALL ENG INSTS WERE NORMAL. AIRSPD APCHED 280 KTS MOMENTARILY. WE THINK THE THUMP WAS A CARGO SHIFT.
