Narrative:

Normal engine start and after start flows were completed. Aircraft parking is very tight due to limited space on ramp. While taxiing out of gate to red line, point at which ground control is contacted for taxi, all attention must be given to marshallers for wingtip and tail clearance of other aircraft. After calling for taxi first officer called my attention to the right engines egt which had exceeded limits and was still increasing in temperature. Engine was shut down using the condition lever. Aircraft was inspected by maintenance and engine run was performed. Released for ferry flight to maintenance base for engine removal and inspection. I believe the (iec) integrated engine control malfunctioned and did not let the (ttl) torque temperature limiter control the egt.
